We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Dr. John Faerber does not participate in Health Maintenance Organizations, Medicare or Medicaid. However, our office will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We offer a 5% discount for cash payments as a courtesy for advance payment of entire treatment plan.
